On January 17th 2014 North Bay's White Water Gallery opened their annual show "Black Water Art" during the community art walk. I was thrilled to become a gallery member for the second year in row and take part in this incredible collective show. I chose to display the four remaining pieces of my "Seeing Into The Soul" series and decided to offer it at a show special of $400 (reg. $600). So far the series has not sold so if you are interested in taking up the offer (ends Feb 8th 2014) please let me know. It is always a pleasure for me to exhibit my work in North Bay where I attended the fine arts program at Nipissing University. I feel a have such an emotional connection to the community so it is important to me that I remain at least a small part of the art world there. I hope you enjoy the photos of the show! :)
I was very excited to see Leah again! She was the coordinator of the FAVA program at Nipissing University and I hadn't seen her in four years. I didn't get to chat with her in person but it was nice to see her enjoying my artwork. :)
Here is my beautiful and caring friend Whitney who, two years in a row now, has taken the time out of her busy life to visit the Black Water Art show to take photographs for me. Since I can't afford the travel expenses I am not able to see the show in person but thanks to Whitney I always feel like I was there! Thanks so much my love, you know this means so much to me. :)
